A typical odnushka Khrushchev is perhaps known to everyone. It is a modest apartment with a tiny bathroom, a compact kitchen, and a small room. It would seem, what new and unusual can you think of for her? One girl approached the renovation creatively, moreover, she did absolutely all the work, including the installation of a table top, the creation of a podium bed and a pantry, with her own hands. The cost of all work, including all furniture, building materials, equipment, was only 200,000 rubles.
The bathroom is the smallest room in Khrushchev. There is not much to roam here, so the girl chose a shower stall, and next to it she fitted an open, narrow high shelf, where all the essentials for the bathroom are stored.
In a compact kitchen, the girl installed open shelves, a rail, a countertop with her own hands, cabinets below, a sink and a two-burner stove. She lives alone, and this is more than enough for her, even when guests come.
Since the kitchen area is only 5 sq. m., the girl decided not to buy a separate table, since even a compact model takes up a lot of space. She made a countertop bar that serves as both a work surface and a dining table. You can sit behind it together on both sides. There is a refrigerator on the left.
Behind a screen in the kitchen was a small washing machine that didn’t fit in the bathroom.
The room is 20 sq. m. This area allowed the girl to play a little with the design and create something unusual for a typical Khrushchev. But first, about a simple thing: there is a working corner by the window.
Opposite there is a compact folding sofa, bought especially for guests.
Opposite the window is the girl's pride - an unusual loft bed, a comfortable storage under the bed and a quite roomy wardrobe.
There are shelves next to the bed, on which it is convenient to climb onto a high bed. Baskets with small items are kept inside.
On the side is a mirrored door to the wardrobe.
It is from the dressing room that you can get into the pantry under the bed! There is a passage on the bottom right.
The lights come on here. There is enough space. Here the girl keeps seasonal items and those that are rarely used. She did all the work with her own hands. Agree, an unusual solution for a typical odnushka Khrushchev!
