Not everyone is delighted with curd pies. But it is worth trying this one, as it immediately becomes a favorite dessert.
Ingredients
- 350 g cottage cheese
- 160 g sugar
- 20 g vanilla sugar
- 70 g sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 40 g cornstarch
- 280 g wheat flour
- 60 g cocoa
- 180 g butter
Recipe

Add to 5% cottage cheese 70 g of sugar and vanilla sugar, sour cream, eggs and starch. Stir with a blender until smooth.

Mix flour with cocoa, sift. Add 90 g sugar, stir.
Grate the oil into the mixture on a coarse grater. Rub the mixture with your hands.

Divide the resulting crumb into three parts.

Place two thirds in a split pan. Accept. Form the side.

Place the curd filling on the base. Flatten.

Fill with the remaining crumbs. Bake at 180 degrees for forty minutes.
Let the cake cool completely to room temperature. Then put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
