Caramelized apple petals combined with a light puff pastry and a delicate, slightly heady, cinnamon scent. Here it is, sweet perfection that can be a favorite weekend treat or a spectacular addition to a planned tea party. You can speed up the cooking process using purchased dough.

For cooking you will need:
- 250 g puff pastry
- 3-4 apples (can be of different varieties)
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar + a little for sprinkling
- 1 glass of water
- 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
Pour water into a suitable container, add 4 tablespoons of sugar and begin to cook the syrup. At the same time, cut the apples into 4 pieces, peel them and cut them into slices about 2 mm wide.

We send the prepared apples in parts into syrup and boil for a few minutes. The required degree of readiness is a lobule that has begun to bend.

It is important to consider that the processing time for apples of different varieties is not the same. On average, it is 2-3 minutes.

Cut the dough into strips.

Sprinkle the cut dough with sugar, and then spread the apple slices on top so that the convex edges extend beyond the edge of the strip.

After sprinkling the apples with sugar, gently roll the strip into a roll and secure the edges.

Put the finished roses on a baking sheet covered with oiled parchment paper and slightly straighten the petals. We send the roses to the oven preheated to 180 C for 20 minutes.

While the roses are baking, mix the powdered sugar and cinnamon. We take it out of the oven and put it on a dish.

Dip the petals of each rose one by one in powder with cinnamon, or simply sprinkle them on top.

An unusual apple dessert is ready, it remains only to serve it to the table.
