- 4 round pieces of pita bread
- 4 eggs
- 130 g cheese
- 1 large tomato
- 50 g butter
- salt
- water
Recipe

Pour some water into a large bowl. Dip pita bread in it.

Heat a frying pan, melt butter, add pita bread.

Break an egg on top, salt. Shake with a fork and spread over the surface.

Top with grated cheese.

When the egg grabs and the cheese melts, turn the pita bread. Put two tomato slices in the middle, salt.

Gather the edges of the pita bread in the center.

Fry until golden brown on both sides.
