Leopard bread is a very nice and tasty addition to breakfast. Who would refuse a piece of such bread in the morning? It cheers up and makes the morning a little better. The bread dough consists of the following ingredients:
- 375 grams of wheat flour;
- 35 grams of sugar;
- 1/2 tsp salt;
- 1 tsp dry yeast;
- 250 grams of fresh milk;
- 20 grams of butter.
For light brown dough:
- 5 grams of cocoa powder;
- 1 tbsp. l. milk.
For dark brown dough:
- 15 grams of cocoa powder;
- 3 tbsp. l. milk.
Let's start making leopard bread:
1. In a container, combine flour, yeast, milk, butter, salt and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Then divide the resulting dough into two halves. Divide one half into two more, add the indicated ingredients to each and knead the dough thoroughly. You will have three pieces of dough: white, light brown, and dark brown.

2. Roll the sausage out of the dough and cut it into balls. Roll each ball along the length of the mold. Wrap the light brown piece in dark brown, and wrap it in white. The white balls, respectively, should be slightly larger.

3. Pinch the edges of the resulting sausages. Pull them out a little. Cut into pieces that fit in a muffin pan. Now just fold them one on top of the other in a mold and send them to the oven, preheated to 170 degrees, for 35-40 minutes.
