A good day should start with a delicious and healthy breakfast. Omelet and scrambled eggs have long been common dishes on the tables of many families. Why not diversify them a little? For a new version of the omelet, you will need a plastic bag or, best of all, a bag with a zip fastener.

The recipe is very simple and will definitely please the household:
1. Break a couple of eggs into a bag, add salt and stir right in the bag.

2. Finely chop common ingredients into an omelet: eg ham, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, grated cheese, green peppers. Add everything to the bag, you can put a spoonful of tomato sauce on top. Stir again.

3. Tie or close the bag and place it in boiling water until tender.

4. Then carefully remove and place the omelet on the dish. A delicious and nutritious breakfast is ready!
