- 400 g of kefir (yogurt, sour cream)

- 160 g butter

- 2 tbsp. l. Sahara

- 1/2 tsp. salt

- 2 eggs

- 280 g flour

- 1.5 tsp. baking powder.

For filling:

- green onions

- 2 eggs

- salt and pepper.

Preparation:

Finely chop the green onion - there should be a lot of it, a full frying pan. Warm it up slightly with oil so that it softens and settles. Salt and pepper to taste, add hard-boiled eggs, cut into cubes.

Cooking the dough. Mix melted butter, sugar and salt, add kefir and beaten eggs. Mix the flour with baking powder, add to the liquid mixture and mix until smooth.

Grease the form with oil, pour out a little more than half of the dough. Put the filling on top, fill it with the remaining dough. We bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 35 minutes.
