Do-it-yourself step-by-step instructions for building a stone barbecue
As in any other construction, everything starts from the foundation, namely, the required area is cleared and the top layer of the earth is removed along with the sod. A pit 25-30 cm deep is dug, this is quite enough, a 10 cm layer is laid on the bottom, that is, grain screening mixed with cement in a ratio of 1: 4, moistened with water, rammed and leveled in the process. Next, a rubble stone is laid out with a distance of 1-2 cm, and the cavity is filled with a cement-sand mortar.

Geotextiles must first be laid at the bottom of the pit.

After the foundation is ready, the master proceeds to laying the walls of the furnace.

The base is divided into 2 parts, firewood will be placed in these stoves.

The walls rise in 3 rows of these stones, it all depends on your height, of course, you need to build for yourself naturally.

Then the countertop is made, in this case the author used the curbs from the paving slabs.

2 rows of brazier stones are laid out on the base of the countertop.

A metal rod is laid into the seam at a distance of 10 cm from the surface of the countertop, and the rest at a distance of at least 5 cm.
In such a simple way, the author folded an open-type stationary barbecue oven, as you can see, there is nothing complicated here and a person who has no experience in construction can build it.
You can also improve this oven and make it closed. Here, the same process itself, only the countertop was made separately. On a flat surface, the formwork is knocked together from the board, a waterproofing material is laid in the lower part and stones are laid with a distance of 1-2 cm from each other, after which everything is poured with a liquid cement-sand mortar.

Next, the brazier is also laid out, but with the addition of an arch that can be bent out of plywood.

The arch is laid out with a stone on a cement-sand mortar; a metal bar and a reinforcing mesh are added to strengthen the structure.

The back wall is also laid out with a stone, but space is left in the upper part, it will serve as a chimney.

You can also put a cauldron on the grill and cook, for example, pilaf or cook fish soup.

It turned out to be a solid stove, but it is advisable not to make a small canopy, so that the rains do not wash away the masonry joints, and ceramic tiles can be laid out on the countertop.
