INGREDIENTS
- 6 medium potato tubers
- 1 egg
- 100 g flour (and a little more for dusting)
- vegetable oil for lubrication
- salt pepper
- sesame seeds (optional)
COOKING:
Boil peeled potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain the liquid completely, mash the potatoes. Add the egg, salt (if necessary), pepper to the cooled puree.
Add flour and knead the dough. If the mass turns out to be too sticky, grease your hands with vegetable oil, but it is better not to get carried away with flour.
Divide the dough into 6-7 parts, roll into balls, roll each in flour, and then form cakes up to 1.5 centimeters thick.
Line a baking sheet with parchment, grease the surface with oil, transfer the cakes to it. Prick the products with a fork, brush with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds or spices (optional). Bake at 200 degrees until browned.
