  • Sour cream 3 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Mash cottage cheese with a fork, add 2 tbsp. l. sugar, vanillin or vanilla sugar, 1 egg, then stir well. Combine the mass with finely chopped dried apricots and raisins.
  2. Brush each pancake with a curd mass, then roll up.
  3. Mix 2 eggs with sour cream, add the remaining sugar.
  4. Spiral the pancakes, starting at the outer edge, into a greased baking dish. Pour the sour cream mixture over them and send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
