- Condensed milk - 200 ml
- Milk - 200 ml
- Ice - 1.5 kg
- Salt - 150 g
1. You will need two transparent ziplock bags of different sizes. Pour the condensed milk into the smaller one.
2. Then add milk and close the bag.
3. Pour ice and salt into the larger bag. Under the influence of salt, the ice melts, but at the same time its temperature drops. There is a sharp drop in temperature.
4. Put a small bag in a large one and shake everything for about two minutes. It is best to do this with gloves so that your hands do not freeze.
5. Remove the small bag from the large one and place the treat in the serving pan.
6. The quick ice cream is ready.
