Preparation

  6. Combine cottage cheese with low-fat sour cream, the rest of the icing sugar and vanilla sugar, rub well with a fork.
  7. Put the gelatin on a low heat, stir until the granules are completely dissolved. Don't boil!
  8. Add gelatin to the curd mixture, add the peeled cherries, mix.
  9. Put the mixture on the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  10. Melt the chocolate and pour over the cottage cheese, complete the decoration with whole cherries.
