The last time I was able to buy beautiful multicolored and white knitted napkins was at the local market. And one thought came to my mind: buy T-shirts and sew a napkin in the form of an applique on the back. I went through several shops for youth brands and found white, soft green, orange, yellow over light brown T-shirts.
Using the example of a white T-shirt, I will show you how to make an absolutely unique one out of a regular T-shirt. You can also decorate a T-shirt.
The size of the napkin should be chosen so that it is neither too small nor too large. Place it in the center of the back and draw a circle with chalk, retreating from the edge of the napkin inward 1 cm.This is necessary for the seam allowance.

Cut out a circle on the back of the shirt.

Then tuck the edge inward by about 0.7-1 cm and prick a napkin in a circle.

Sketch it out.

Then sew the napkin on the sewing machine using the zig-zag stitch with the largest stitch width. Inspect the inside of the shirt so that the entire hem is zig-zagged to protect the shirt from unraveling.

Here's the result:

After that, I came up with another idea: it would be great if the whole back of the shirt is crocheted. After I sewed skirts from crocheted tablecloths, I have a few pieces left. Of course, I never throw anything away)) So I had pieces of red and blue tablecloth and an even larger pink rectangular napkin. I edged the armholes and the neck with cotton tape.
