Coffee and chocolate cupcake in a mug
You will need:
- 3 tbsp. l. flour
- 1 tsp instant coffee (powder)
- 2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 1/4 tsp baking powder for dough
- 2 tbsp. l. milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp vanillin
Preparation:
Mix flour, ground coffee, cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
Add milk, egg, butter and vanillin. Mix everything with a fork until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Pour the mixture into a greased mug and microwave on high for about 90 seconds, until the cake is ready. The main thing is not to overexpose!
The cupcake can be served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Toast "Bliss"
You will need:
- 2 slices of white bread
- 1 tbsp. l. chocolate paste
- 1 banana
Preparation:
Grease a piece of bread with chocolate paste and put the banana cut into slices on it.
Cover with a second piece of bread and fry in butter on both sides.

Curd and berry mousse
You will need:
- 1 pack of cottage cheese
- 100 g strawberries (or other berries)
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp. l. honey
Preparation:
Combine cottage cheese, strawberries, banana and honey and beat in a blender until light.
Optionally, you can add muesli or oatmeal to the mousse.

One minute cheesecake
You will need:
- 50 g soft cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. l. sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. l. Sahara
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients and pour the dough into an oiled microwave dish.
Bake the cheesecake at maximum power for 90 seconds, stirring the dough every 30 seconds.
Let the cheesecake cool and add fresh berries, whipped cream and chopped nuts (optional).

Sweet croutons
You will need:
- 100 g milk
- 3 tsp Sahara
- 1/2 packet vanilla sugar
- vegetable oil to taste
- 8 slices of loaf
- 3 eggs
Preparation:
Beat the egg with vanilla and regular sugar. Add milk and mix well (you can use a blender).
Dip the loaf slices into the egg-milk mixture for 2 minutes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and lay out the slices of the loaf. Fry on one side until golden brown, turn over and fry on the other side.
