There is always hope! Even if it seems to you that your favorite thing is irrevocably ruined, do not give up. Try to take advantage of these out of the ordinary clothing care tips… They are unusual, but they work great!
"With your own hands" reminds that you can remove any unpleasant smell from clothes with the help of vodka - you just need to spray it on the problematic thing. These 9 tips are a life-saving straw for neat housewives. Here's what you can do when your regular wash won't give you flawless results!

Garment care
Spiky sweater
I hate spiky sweaters - the unpleasant itchiness negates the warming effect of a quality woolen garment. Wrapping a clean, damp sweater in a plastic bag and placing it in the freezer for a couple of hours can easily solve this problem! A thawed sweater will no longer irritate the skin, but it can also help prevent woolen garments from warping after washing and restore the shape of clothes that have already been damaged. It is enough to hold the washed, rolled-up woolen blouse in the freezer for only 3 hours - the shape will be perfect, no stretched loops.

Lipstick stains
Lipstick stains can be easily removed with hairspray. Apply some polish to the stain, blot it with a tissue, and wash your clothes. A mixture of lemon juice and baking soda works well against lipstick - a very affordable stain remover.

Fixing buttons
Buttons on warm clothes are insidious: they twist and get lost at the most inopportune moment. Put a little bit of clear polish down the center of the buttons, right on the threads, and they'll stick much tighter!

Foundation stains
Shaving foam will handle even traces of oily foundation - apply a little suds on the stain, rub it and rinse the fabric after a couple of minutes. If the foam or shaving cream fails, try rubbing foundation stainmedical alcohol.

Deodorant stains
Rub the deodorant stains with edible salt and leave the garment overnight; after the morning wash, the stains will disappear. If stains appear on black clothes, moisten them with vodka and leave for half an hour, then wash. The correct method!

Suede shoes
Any stains and scratches on suede shoes can be removed with a polished nail file.

Jeans
Wrapping jeans in a bag and placing them in the freezer will remove any unpleasant odors that denim loves to absorb. Complete disinfection of jeans is impossible with a regular wash: they cannot stand high temperatures, but in the freezer all germs will be mercilessly destroyed. Stretched jeans can be restored to their former shape by turning the dry jeans inside out and placing them in the dryer for 15 minutes.

Animal fur on clothes
The hair of a cat or dog can stick tightly to clothing. There is a surefire way to clear things out of it! Use duct tape instead of a handy garment roller that doesn't remove even half of the fur. A couple of minutes and everything is fine.

These tricky solutions have come in handy for me more than once. If you appreciate all the usefulness of tips on caring for things, pass them on to your friends!
