Cleaning the toilet must be one of the least loved household chores, but we know it has to be done. Instead of investing in expensive cleaning products that are loaded with harsh chemicals, why not try the next recipe? It neutralizes odors, eliminates bacteria and freshens odors.
Ingredients:
- 160 g baking soda
- 60 ml lemon juice
- ½ cup vinegar
- hydrogen peroxide
- 15-20 drops of any scented oil
Preparation:
Combine baking soda and lemon juice in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, combine hydrogen peroxide and vinegar. Add this lemon-soda mixture one drop at a time. Finally, add a scented oil of your choice.
Take a spoon and make balls from this mixture. Place them on parchment paper to dry. They will dry for at least 4 hours, it is better to leave them overnight. When they are completely dry, store them in an airtight glass jar.
