Like many women around the world, Briton Corinne Slate loves to embroider. Corinne is one of the mothers who work from home. For over 20 years she has helped her husband run a small graphics business in a small village located in the Sussex South Downs in the south of England.
Despite her lack of formal art qualifications, Corinne has always enjoyed doing handicrafts and working with a variety of materials. She tried knitting, tapestries, stained glass, painting and most recently discovered the amazing world of embroidery, which, apparently, really captivated her. Looking at the masterful works of Corinne, it is hard to believe that she began to professionally engage in embroidery just a few years ago. This embroidery features intricate patterns, bold and harmonious color combinations. Obviously, love for your work is the best help in mastering new horizons.
I wish everyone more inspiration and courage for creative experiments!
