Classic potato pancakes consist of only three ingredients: potatoes, eggs, salt. But someone found such a simple combination boring, and over time, other vegetables, as well as minced meat and cheese, began to be included in the dish.

- Potatoes 6 pcs.
- Green onions 0.5 bunch.
- Bell pepper 1 pc.
- Carrots 1 pc.
- Egg 1 pc.
- Wheat flour 4 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Salt to taste
- Grate potatoes and carrots. Chop the bell peppers and green onions as small as possible.
- Combine vegetables, add egg and flour, salt. Heat oil in a skillet. Spread out the potato mass with a tablespoon. Fry the pancakes on both sides until tender.
