Briton Giles Newman - an artist inspired by nature, modernity and Celtic culture - once realized that he wanted his drawings to be passed on by people from generation to generation, and decided to embody them in wood with an ax and a knife. In my opinion, he does it just fine. Moreover, he chose a rather functional form for this incarnation - Giles carves spoons. Every day he devotes time to what he loves, honing his skills and creating more and more complex works. It takes the master about a day for one spoon.
Each of Giles's creations is a unique piece that does not repeat itself. Almost all of the artist's new work is sold within minutes after he puts them online.
