- Milk 0.75 stack.
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Olive oil 0.25 stack.
- Egg 1 pc.
- Mozzarella 100 g
- Salt 1 tsp
Combine milk, flour, olive oil, egg and salt in a blender.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add it to the mixture. Whisk all ingredients in a blender until dough forms.
Take a muffin baking dish and brush it with olive oil. Fill it 3/4 full with dough. You can also line the baking sheet with baking paper and make small tortillas out of the dough.
Send the dough to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, and leave to bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and let the bread cool. After the bread has cooled, transfer it to a platter.
