Even if you have never baked cakes before, you will definitely get this one. Very unusual, with different tastes, sometimes sourish, sometimes sweetish. For more "rottenness", you can add more nuts. And how beautiful in the context!
Ingredients:
Dough:
1 glass of sour cream
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
5 teaspoons of baking soda (extinguish)
3 cups flour
Filling:
100 gr prunes
150 gr dried apricots
100 g of nuts
150 gr raisins
Cream:
750 ml sour cream
1 tbsp. Sahara

Preparation:
The filling for the cake can be prepared in advance: pour the dried fruits with hot water and steam them. Then twist the nuts and dried fruits in a meat grinder separately. I twisted it on the combine, it's faster. If the fruit mixtures are thick, you can add hot water, stir well and make like a jam. I mixed the nuts with the prunes.
For the dough, mix the egg with sugar and sour cream, add soda and flour. The dough should be soft, but not stick to your hands. Divide the dough into 8 koloboks. Roll out a cake from each kolobok, spread it with prunes and make a roll. 2 rolls with prunes, and 3 rolls with dried apricots and raisins. Bake rolls at 180C until golden brown. Cool and cut into pieces.
Beat the sour cream with sugar. Now we take a deep cup or a mold with a removable bottom, cover it with a film, spread the film with cream and put sliced rolls in layers, filling each layer with cream. We put in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning we turn the shape over and we get such beauty.
