This delicious and healthy dish is made with spinach, nettle, beet greens and even cabbage!

You will need:
- 1 kg fresh spinach (frozen can be used)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- Pinch of utskho-suneli (can be replaced with hop-suneli)
- 1 onion
- Cilantro
- 2-3 st. l. white wine vinegar
- Pomegranate seeds for decoration
Preparation:
Boil well-washed spinach leaves for 2 minutes. Drain the water. Squeeze the cooled leaves well and pass through a meat grinder or finely chop with a knife.
Grind the nuts and garlic in a blender or through a meat grinder. Add the seasoning, finely chopped onion, chopped spinach, cilantro, and wine vinegar to the garlic-nut mixture. Mix well.
Form balls and decorate each with a pomegranate seed.
