Ingredients:
- 4 eggs (30 rub)
- 180-200 ml. milk. (15r)
- 200 gr. Sahara. (15r)
- 500 ml cream 33%. (180 rub)
Total: 240 rub.


Separating the yolks

Boil and cool milk. Mix with sugar and yolks. We put on fire and over low heat, stirring constantly, bring the mixture to thicken. It becomes similar in consistency to condensed milk. Cool it down.

Beat the cream until dense.

Mix the milk-egg-sugar mixture with the cream and mix thoroughly. Pour into a freezer dish and place in the freezer.

In theory, you can finish at this stage. But, then we will get a lot of small pieces of ice, which will not be very pleasant to crunch on our teeth. To avoid this, we will need to periodically take out the cooling ice cream from the freezer and stir every 30 minutes. I mixed it 4 times, then I got bored, but it also worked out very well.
Result. 850 grams of the freshest, real natural ice cream.
P.S. If you melt a bar of dark chocolate and add it to the whipped cream, you get a chocolate ice cream. If you add half a can of boiled condensed milk, you get a crème brulee.
