All of a sudden, the first warm rays of the spring sun crept through the windows, and Maslenitsa knocked on the door. It's time to buy flour, milk and eggs and start delighting the family with a variety of pancakes. We also decided to diversify our pancake menu, and found a recipe for sweet pancake rolls with chocolate and banana.

You will need:
- 500 ml of kefir;
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 1 egg;
- 1 tsp cocoa;
- 2-5 bananas;
- 100 g of chocolate;
- flour;
- salt to taste.
Cooking
- Knead the dough. The consistency should be like a thin sour cream. We fry pancakes, laying them in a stack one on top of the other.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Lubricate each pancake with chocolate. We wrap the peeled banana in the same pancake. By the way, to make the roll thicker, you can take two pancakes at once. Cut the pancake and banana tube into rolls.
- On top of the rolls, you can also pour chocolate or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
