Today we will tell you how to make a small quilted panel with simple shapes and spectacular finishes.
From the patchwork part of the work, we will have to do a little: draw a sketch, cut out the round crown of the tree, the sky and the lawn. We sew!

Smooth, take acrylic paint on brown fabric and draw in the trunk, branches and a little roots. Also, not far from the tree, we will have magical "pumpkins" in the form of flowers. We are waiting for it to dry, fix it with an iron.
Now let's fold the sandwich: our picture with a tree + a piece of padding polyester + the wrong side. We fasten everything with pins.

Now you need to unfasten the trunk with red threads. Thus, the trunk and branches acquire color depth, clarity and relief.

This is what the wrong side looks like:

We do the same with flower sprouts.

Now we start to fill in the sky with a stitch. Quilting semicircular squiggles along the edges and at the top of the firmament, I call this pattern "dunes".

Closer to the tree, quilting with the "pebbles" pattern, although in this case the name "air bubbles of happiness!" Is more appropriate.

The color of the thread, you can only top it, it is desirable to change it in order to achieve an interesting gradient and expressiveness. For the sky, I used several colors from blue to light blue:

And for the glade, shades of green and dark green:

We will embellish the glade with a pattern of "pebbles" and they are darker and larger at the bottom, and lighter and smaller towards the horizon.
When all areas are buttoned up, let's get started.

For the edging, I chose an interesting checkered fabric with the presence of colors: black, brown, dark green.

Let's decorate the apple tree crown with apples itself: red liquid buttons, pebbles and beads.

And it remains to sew on our wonderful aqua-colored pumpkins. We decorate the middle with a red bead!
