Today we want to share with you a gorgeous recipe borrowed from Spanish cuisine… Just be prepared for the fact that loved ones will ask you to cook this dish again and again, and all guests will beg for a recipe for cooking.
Minced meat casserole
- 5 chicken eggs
- 250 g minced pork and beef
- 1 small onion
- 150 ml white wine
- 4 tbsp. l. tomato sauce
- hard cheese to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive or sunflower oil
INGREDIENTS FOR BESHAMEL SAUCE
- 0.5 l milk
- 2 tbsp. l. flour
- 15 g butter
- olive oil
- salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
Place a skillet with olive or sunflower oil on medium heat, heat the skillet and add the minced meat. Break up all the lumps.
While the meat is browning, chop the onion and add to the minced meat.
When the onions begin to take on a golden hue, it's time to add the white wine. Reduce heat and continue simmering the minced meat, stirring occasionally.
Hard boil the eggs and peel them.
Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
Now start making the sauce. Put the saucepan on low heat, add a little olive oil to melt the butter in it. Add flour to the mixture, mix well. Now pour in the milk gradually, stirring the contents of the pan all the time. Add spices and continue stirring until you have a sour cream-like sauce.
Place the minced meat in a bowl and grate the yolks into it. Add a ladle of sauce.
Mix everything well. Fill the egg whites generously with the filling and place in a baking dish.
- Fill everything with leftovers béchamel sauce.
Top with tomato sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Naturally, the more cheese, the tastier the dish will be.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the appetizer for 10 minutes.
