Today we will tell you how to make the world's most famous dessert - tiramisu. We will reveal several secrets, thanks to which you will save a lot of money and time, for example, by cooking the most tender analogue of mascarpone cheese… Just imagine how it melts in your mouth …
How to cook tiramisu at home
INGREDIENTS
- 250 g mascarpone
- 50 g sugar
- 250 ml cream
- 2 eggs
- 6 pcs. savoyardi (or other biscuits)
- 200 g canned or frozen cherries (raspberries, strawberries)
- 200 ml freshly brewed coffee
- 500 g milk chocolate
PREPARATION

If the price of mascarpone cheese confuses you, then prepare its equivalent. Take 150-200 g of fat cottage cheese, 50 ml of cream, 2 eggs, 50 g of powdered sugar. First, whisk the cottage cheese separately, then the yolks and half of the powdered sugar, then the whites and the second half of the powdered sugar, and finally the cream. All ingredients must then be mixed into a creamy homogeneous mass.

Separate the yolks from the whites and combine them with mascarpone and sugar. Mix everything well.

Now beat the egg whites and cream with a blender.

Mix the two masses, and the cream is ready.

Now take two plastic bottles, rinse them well and cut off the narrow part to make something like glasses. Cut off a portion of the wall in each of the "glasses".
