Unfortunately, there is no benefit from such a fragrant potato. And the children just ask their parents to buy them at least a small portion.

- Potatoes - 5-7 pcs.
- Egg whites - 2 pcs.
- Black pepper (ground) - to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
Cut the peeled potatoes into 1 cm thick strips.
Beat the egg whites until light foam appears. Season with salt and pepper. Add paprika and stir.
Place the potatoes in a bowl. Fill with prepared proteins.
Preheat oven to 200-220 ° C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Arrange the potatoes in one layer and cook for 7-10 minutes. Remove the paper and continue baking the potatoes on the baking sheet until golden brown.
