Cooking method:
1. Cover a square dish 6 cm deep and 19 cm wide with baking paper (so that its edges protrude beyond the edges of the dish) and brush with butter.
2. Crumble the cookies and mix with butter until smooth. Cover the crust with the mixture. Put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
3. Dilute gelatin in boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
4. Cut the marshmallow into small pieces, add milk and cook over medium heat until the marshmallow is completely dissolved.
5. Beat with a mixer, gradually pouring in the gelatin. Pour the mixture onto the prepared base. Put in the refrigerator for another half hour.
6. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath until smooth. Add almonds, coconut and cherries. Move everything carefully.

330 g berry Turkish delight
140 g pistachio kernels
170 g oat cookies
icing sugar for decoration
Cooking method:
Cover a square dish 10 cm deep and 20 cm wide with baking paper (so that its edges protrude beyond the edges of the dish) and grease with butter. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add cream and stir until smooth. Add liquor. Grind cookies (both types) and Turkish delight, add pistachios and chocolate-cream mixture and mix. Pour into a mold and refrigerate for 6 hours. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
