How to cook corn
Choose for cooking ears of milk ripeness sugar varieties of corn.
- 5 ears of corn
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 50 g butter
- Cut the ears in half and place them in a saucepan. Pour enough water to completely cover the corn and put it on fire.
- When the water in the saucepan boils, pour in the milk and butter.
Wait for the liquid to boil again, then let the corn cook for another 10 minutes.
No need to cook corn for hours! Thanks to this trick, she acquires a rich creamy taste and aroma, remains tender and soft.
