Cool appetizer, I'll tell you, everyone will like these mushrooms! And so that they also look elegant on the table, choose small champignons of the same caliber. They cost a little more, but in general, making such a preparation is many times more economical than buying ready-made mushrooms in a bank.
How to pickle mushrooms
- 500 g champignons
- 120 ml sunflower oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 10 black peppercorns
- 2 tsp Sahara
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 bay leaves
- 60 ml vinegar 6%
- Wash the mushrooms thoroughly. Large cut in half.
- Prepare the marinade: mix the vinegar, sunflower oil, sugar, salt, peppercorns and bay leaf in a saucepan.
- Put the mushrooms in the marinade, add the garlic passed through a press and put the pan on the fire. After boiling, cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, transfer mushrooms to a jar, fill with marinade. After waiting for cooling, place the jar of mushrooms in the refrigerator. After 4 hours, the delicious snack is ready!
By the way, there is no mistake in the recipe: these mushrooms are cooked without adding water, since they give enough of their liquid. It turns out very tasty!
