
Ingredients:
Flour - 300 gr
Sour cream - 300 gr
Sugar - 250 gr
Egg - 3 pieces
Poppy - 1 tsp
Walnuts - 1/4 cup
Cocoa - 4 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
for cream:
Sour cream - 600-700 gr
Sugar - 150 gr
Melted chocolate - for decoration
Preparation:
Beat eggs with sugar and add sour cream. Mix flour with baking powder. Combine the two mixtures and stir with a spoon. Divide the dough into three portions. Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa and nuts to one, 2 tablespoons of cocoa to the other, and poppy seeds to the third. We bake three cakes at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
For cream: mix sour cream with sugar.

We collect the cake. Grease the first crust with cocoa and nuts with cream, then the crust with poppy seeds, grease with cream. Cut the cake with cocoa into cubes, dip in cream and place in a chaotic manner on top. Pour the rest of the cream over the cake. Melt the chocolate and pour over the sour cream. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
