Classical puff pastry recipe implies a long, step-by-step rolling, holding in the cold, and so on. Fortunately, we have found a way with which it can be done in just 10 minutes. A worthy addition to your cookbook!
- Wheat flour - 500 g
- Margarine - 200 g
- Egg yolk - 1 pc.
- Kefir - 100 ml
- Salt - 1 chips.
- Add softened margarine to the flour (you can use butter), rub into crumbs with your hands, salt.
- Pour in kefir and yolk, knead the dough. You can use the dough right away, but it is better to put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes, wrapped in plastic wrap.
