Even if there is only one home spaghetti and the simplest ingredients, you can make a fantastically beautiful and original dish! This is a great alternative to the already fed up regular macaroni with cheese and meatballs.
The dish is not only nutritious and tasty, it also looks delicious! If you want to impress your loved ones with a spectacular dinner, this option is ideal.
Spaghetti muffins
Ingredients
- spaghetti (half of the usual package)
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 50 g butter
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (preferably parmesan)
- 1/2 cup spicy tomato sauce
- 12-15 meatballs
Preparation
Boil the spaghetti as usual.

Pour olive oil into the finished pasta and stir well. Black pepper and dried Italian herbs can be added for a brighter flavor.

Pour half of the grated cheese into the spaghetti. Of course, Parmesan is the most suitable cheese option for this recipe, but it can be replaced with regular hard cheese.

Brush the muffin pan with melted butter and add the spaghetti to it.

Add a teaspoon of tomato paste to each muffin compartment and gently place it on top of the spaghetti.

Now it's the turn of the meatballs! Meatballs can be replaced at will with canned meat or fish, chicken pieces, boiled egg. Room for daring experiments!

Cover the meatballs with tomato paste.

Sprinkle the muffins with grated cheese on top. Send the snack to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

It turned out extraordinary … The spaghetti muffin looks much more tempting than ordinary navy-style pasta, definitely!

The finished dish can be garnished with herbs and served hot with vegetables.
