Recently, I noticed that my quite feminine figure is becoming masculine, from time to time I want something nasty. You will need to work on your figure, sometimes housewives need it. And in order not to aggravate the situation, I began to look for how to replace such delicious fast food dishes.

I will show you how to cook chicken nuggets that I love so much at home. Prepare without preservatives, without synthetic ingredients, without flavor enhancers, without various plastics, etc.
Cooking will take relatively little time, but it will be worth it (the stomach will thank you). The most amazing thing is that this recipe is hard to spoil. Use the herbs and seasonings you like. Hope you get some inspiration and make some really unique nuggets yourself.

Stage 1: Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (these are 4 fillet slices)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 spoon pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 1.5 cups vegetable oil
You will need a meat grinder to make the mince, a food processor will probably do, but I haven't tried it.
Stage 2: Chop the meat


Preheat the oven to 200C.
What to do with meat, I think, is already clear. Of course, it's a shame to put such good pieces of meat in a meat grinder, but it's necessary. Next time you should try to chop the meat into cubes.
After chopping the meat, add salt, herbs, pepper.
Stage 3: Form the nuggets



In order to make all the nuggets the same and make sure they all cook evenly, I used a small metal bowl and scooped the minced meat balls onto wax paper.
By gently pressing with a tablespoon on the resulting balls, I made them flat.
Stage 4: breading



The breading includes three stages.
- roll the meat in flour (you can add salt and pepper to the flour to add additional flavor)
- dipping meat in beaten eggs
- place the nuggets on the sheet
I did this twice to make the breadcrumbs thicker.
Now you can fry!
Stage 5: Frying


Use a cast iron skillet to brown our nuggets. Fry in a large amount of heated oil. This is approximately 2 minutes on each side.
After frying, spread on a paper towel. And as soon as the fat drains, place the nuggets on a baking sheet in one layer. We bake in the oven for another 20 minutes.
Stage 6: Enjoy


We take them out of cooking and enjoy homemade nuggets. Use your favorite sauce. I made a sweet and sour sauce, which I will discuss in the next article.
