I hope you enjoy this simple paper bird making guide that can decorate your desk or home decor.

The instruction is so simple that even a child can make a bird with his own hands, my son really liked this work. At the end of the article, you can download and print a sketch for making a paper bird completely free of charge.
Stage 1: Sketch

We print the sketch. Ideal if printed on non-thick cardboard. Now we carefully cut out the details along thin solid lines, each detail is signed.
If you want a colored bird, you need to print a sketch on cardboard of different colors, and then assemble the bird from parts from different sheets of cardboard.
Stage 2: Getting Started

We bend the beak and glue one part of it, which is shown by arrows, to the left side of the body. Then we glue the rest of the beak to the right side of the body.
Stage 3: Wings

It is better to start with parts located in line with the beak and sticking to it (see arrows). We glue the upper part of the body, after which we attach the wings of our bird.
Stage 4: Assembling the torso

We glue the side parts of the bird's body. After that, you can fix the lower part. It should be approximately 45 degrees to the top. Perhaps this is the most difficult stage.
Step 5: Feet

Collect your legs as shown in the photo. The knee should be bent to 90 degrees.
Glue the feet.
Next, glue the legs to the inside of the body. Use the shaded areas (where the adhesive has been applied) for alignment.
After you finish, try to collect a whole flock of colorful birds.
As promised, you can download the file for making a bird out of paper with your own hands here.
