We all had breakfast at McDonald's more than once. I loved McMuffin with egg and bacon, and it was sad if I didn't get there for breakfast. This is a great breakfast that is actually easy to make yourself. So if you don't have a McDonald's nearby or are too lazy to go there, this is what you need!
Stage 1: Ingredients
The below list is for 4 cupcakes
(you can easily determine how much you need if you want more or less McMuffins)
- Butter for lubricating molds
- 4 slices of white bread
- 4 slices of cheese
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 eggs
Stage 2: Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and grease the molds with butter

Stage 3: Cupcakes

We cut white bread into slices, of course it is better to buy sliced bread.
Roll out slices of bread with a rolling pin, so it will be more convenient to work with it. Then we apply a plate as in the photo and cut off the excess pieces. Cut the resulting pieces in half and put them in a mold as shown in the photo.
Stage 4: Bacon and cheese

We start by frying the bacon, about one minute on each side. I took the bacon already cut into thin slices.
Put a slice of cheese on the bottom of the cake, put the already fried bacon on top. My slices were too large, so I only put in half.
Stage 5: Eggs

Add a raw egg to each cupcake. It may run out a little over the edges if your eggs are not deep or too large, but that's okay.
We bake our McMuffins for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 175 degrees (or until the eggs are ready).
Stage 6: Add more cheese

Put slices of cheese on top of the muffins and return to the oven for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts.
Stage 7: Enjoy

Enjoy the ready-to-eat breakfast!
