The oven is one of those parts of the kitchen that many leave for a mythical “sweat” that is postponed for an indefinite amount of time. But in the end, the vicious circle must be broken sooner or later, otherwise you run the risk of being overgrown with mud. And even if all of the above is not about you, this life hack will be useful if only because everyone needs a general cleaning!
You will need:
1/4 cup baking soda
Mix baking soda with water, while achieving a pasty consistency. Cover the entire oven surface with this paste, including the glass doors.
Leave it like this for half an hour. Then, using a sponge, wipe off the grease and carbon deposits (no special effort is needed) and rinse with water so that there are no soda smudges and stains left.
