Mushroom glade salad is a delicious and elegant salad for the holiday. The salad looks so impressive that your guests will have only one way out - to be delighted?
The Mushroom Glade salad is one of the most spectacular and original salads that I have ever seen. No, of course, you can cook anything in a restaurant environment, but so that someone at home cooks something more impressive and interesting than the Mushroom Glade salad - and I don't remember that. The salad perfectly decorates any festive table, looks spectacular and appetizing, and most importantly - it tastes no worse than it looks. In short, great salad - worth a try! Good luck and bon appetit!

How to cook Mushroom Glade Salad
We take a deep bowl, put our pickled mushrooms in it with the caps down.
Sprinkle the mushrooms with branches of greenery.
Next, put a layer of chopped boiled chicken into the dish.
Next is a layer of mayonnaise. On mayonnaise - a layer of grated carrots and mayonnaise again.
Next, lay out a layer of grated cheese.
For cheese - diced eggs.
Finally, put another layer of mayonnaise on top and a layer of coarsely grated boiled potatoes.
And some more mayonnaise. The last step is to lay out the chopped pickled cucumbers in cubes. Now we cover the salad bowl with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
And then you need to very carefully turn our salad bowl onto a salad dish so that the mushrooms laid on the bottom are at the very top of our mushroom meadow. Bon Appetit!
