INGREDIENTS FOR THE TEST

  • 100 ml of water
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
  • a pinch of ground turmeric optional (for color)

INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 tsp Sahara
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • a small bunch of your favorite greens (parsley, dill, cilantro, basil)
  • 1/4 tsp curry
  • 1/6 tsp ground ginger
  • 1.5 tsp sesame seeds

PREPARATION

  1. Potatoes wash thoroughly and boil in a uniform. Leave to cool. When it cools a little, peel and mash with a potato grinder. Add chopped herbs, sesame seeds, salt, sugar and spices, stir. The filling is ready!

  2. Combine flour, turmeric, salt, water and oil. Knead an elastic dough and, covered, leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough into a thin layer 3-4 mm thick. Lay out the cooled filling, pressing it down with your palm. Roll up the roll.

  4. Cut roll on slices 1.5–2 centimeters thick, spreading them on a floured surface.

  5. Heat 1-2 tbsp in a frying pan. l. vegetable oil and fry the rolls until golden brown.
