If you are not yet familiar with Indian cuisine, now is the time to do it: "With your own hands" is pleased to present a recipe for incredibly tasty potato rolls. Like most Vedic food, alupatras - vegetarian treat.

A bouquet of spices transforms the familiar potato filling into an extraordinary yummy with a fabulous aroma! And with the addition of one more spice - turmeric - and the dough acquires an appetizing golden color.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE TEST
- 100 ml of water
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 200 g flour
- 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- a pinch of ground turmeric optional (for color)
INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 tsp Sahara
- 1.5 tsp salt
- a small bunch of your favorite greens (parsley, dill, cilantro, basil)
- 1/4 tsp curry
- 1/6 tsp ground ginger
- 1.5 tsp sesame seeds
PREPARATION
- Potatoes wash thoroughly and boil in a uniform. Leave to cool. When it cools a little, peel and mash with a potato grinder. Add chopped herbs, sesame seeds, salt, sugar and spices, stir. The filling is ready!
filling for roll - Combine flour, turmeric, salt, water and oil. Knead an elastic dough and, covered, leave for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer 3-4 mm thick. Lay out the cooled filling, pressing it down with your palm. Roll up the roll.
Alupatra potato rolls - Cut roll on slices 1.5–2 centimeters thick, spreading them on a floured surface.
