One of the most significant moments in organizing a holiday is, of course, the organization of a banquet. How to make a feast light and satisfying, solemn, but not boring and unstoppable? One of the best options for a festive banquet is a buffet table!
The concept of "buffet" owes its birth to the French "a la buffet", which literally sounds like "on a fork", and indeed, the main device at a buffet table is a fork. During the buffet table, guests are free to sit in the hall and move around it, choose drinks and dishes from the buffet tables themselves, and put refreshments on their plates.

Cheese snack
Mix the grated processed cheese with a boiled egg grated on a fine grater, add garlic and mayonnaise. Form into balls, roll in finely chopped dill.
Refreshing snack
Cut a slice of lemon in half, put a slice of avocado and a spoonful of black caviar on top. Decorate with herbs such as parsley or dill.
Buffet salad
Grate raw carrots on a grater in thin plates. Put two slices of carrots side by side, put a salad of grated cheese, boiled egg, garlic, mayonnaise and herbs on them. Secure with skewers and sprinkle with Korean-style carrot seasoning.

Spread a mixture of chopped herring, red onions, dill and soft cream cheese on slices of black bread. Decorate with caviar or herbs.
Light toast with cheese
Fry toast, spread with butter, put a square slice of cheese, green peas and a sprig of parsley.

Cucumber salad

- fresh cucumber - 400 g
- a few arugula leaves
- green onions for decoration

Chop the onion and celery and combine in one bowl. Add boiled peeled shrimp there. Season with mayonnaise and yogurt, salt and pepper to taste. Cut the cucumbers into rings and put on a dish, salt. Place a leaf of arugula on top. Place shrimp with a slice on each cucumber slice. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions on top.
