HAM ROLLS WITH CHEESE AND GARLIC
Processed cheese curds - 2 packs, ham - 300, 0, garlic - 2-3 cloves, mayonnaise - 50-80 g, ground red pepper - to taste, green lettuce leaves for decoration.
Cut the ham into thin, neat rectangular slices.
Grate cheese curds on a coarse grater.
Mix the cheese, finely chopped garlic, mayonnaise and red pepper.
Put 1 tbsp. l spoon cheese filling on a slice of ham and roll up a roll.
Place the ham slices on a plate with lettuce and serve.

Grate melted curds

Add garlic and mayonnaise squeezed through a press.

Ripe, firm, medium-sized tomatoes - 3-5 pcs.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Grated hard cheese - 200, 0
Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices 1 cm high
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add garlic and mayonnaise passed through a press.
Place the tomatoes on a salad-leaf platter.
On top of each circle, lay 1 tbsp. l cheese-garlic mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
SALAD WITH BEET, GARLIC AND CHEESE
Boiled beets - 2 pcs., garlic - 4 cloves, mayonnaise - 5 tbsp. l., hard cheese - 200 g, salt to taste.
Grate boiled beets, salt, mix with crushed garlic cloves.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix with beets and mayonnaise.
Chopped walnuts can be added to the salad if desired.

Garlic - 1 clove
Cut the bread into squares and dry slightly.
Mix the garlic, passed through a press, with curd cheese.
Spread on the bread.
Make sails from thin cucumber slices using toothpicks.
Stick them in the bread squares.
FRIED SQUID WITH GARLIC
Squid - 1.4 kg
butter - 175 g, garlic - 6 cloves, chopped parsley - 3 cm l., zest and juice of one lemon, salt, black pepper - to taste.
Rinse the squids, peel, remove the foil and cut in half.
Melt the butter in a large skillet and heat until bubbling.
Put the garlic in the oil.
Fry the squid, turning them over once, for 3 minutes.
Add parsley, zest and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper.

SALAD WITH CARROTS, RAISINS AND GARLIC
This simple salad will appeal to all those who want to pamper themselves with something spicy, tasty and light at the same time.
3-4 carrots, 4-5 cloves of garlic, 100 g sour cream or mayonnaise, raisins - 2 tablespoons
0.5 tsp Sahara, salt to taste.
Grate peeled and washed carrots, add garlic, pounded with salt and sugar. Then pour over sour cream or mayonnaise and stir.
Garnish with rinsed raisins and serve.
The recipe uses raw carrots, the sweeter it is, the tastier the salad turns out, if you come across fresh carrots, just add 1-2 pinches of sugar when cooking.
