How to cook zucchini with meat
INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 young zucchini
- 300 g of meat (you can take any meat to your taste)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp. l. flour
- 2 chicken eggs
- 3 tsp milk
PREPARATION
- Cut the zucchini into rings 1.5–2 cm thick. If necessary, cut the rind off before slicing.
- Core the zucchini. If desired, use it to prepare minced meat by turning it along with the meat in a meat grinder.
- Fill the middle of each ring with minced meat. For batter, beat eggs with milk, then add salt and pepper.
- Roll each zucchini ring in flour, then dip in the egg mixture and fry well on both sides.
- Since the meat inside the zucchini is raw, you need to cook this dish over medium heat for about 15–20 minutes. Better to cover the pan with a lid.
