INGREDIENTS

- 300 g sugar
- 1 tbsp. l. cinnamon
- 1 tsp citric acid

For this exquisite dessert, it is better to take sweet and sour apples or sweet apples. Cut each apple into thin slices and place them tightly on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and citric acid on top.

Place the apples in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes. After that, spread the apples on parchment, lightly sprinkled with sugar, leave to dry for 2-3 days. You can also use an electric dryer or oven with a fan for this purpose - such drying for several hours will be quite enough.

Ready-made fragrant slices can be stored in a dry place at room temperature, in plastic trays or glass jars. I assure you that such a delicious preparation will not survive until winter! It is eaten very quickly and with pleasure.
