Ingredients for the dough
2 tbsp. flour
50 g butter (or margarine)
1 egg
3 tbsp. l. sour cream
3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
80 g sugar
1/2 tsp soda
a pinch of salt
Ingredients for the filling
1 orange
1 tbsp. l. starch
160 g sugar
Mash butter with sugar. Add all the ingredients for the dough: vegetable oil, egg, sour cream, baking soda, salt and flour. Mix everything thoroughly and knead the dough.
Shape the dough into a ball and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Now prepare the filling. Wash the orange, cut into wedges and remove the seeds.
Place orange slices in a blender, add sugar and starch.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator and divide it into 2 equal portions. Roll out the dough into a thin rectangle. Place the filling on top and spread it evenly over the surface.
Roll up the roll and lay it seam side down. The roll can be placed in the refrigerator to thicken the filling a little.

Cut the roll into pieces to make a cookie. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, grease it with oil and put the cookies there.
