INGREDIENTS
- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
- any berries to choose from
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Chop the bananas with a fork or blender.
- Beat the eggs well and combine them with the bananas. Lightly grease the molds with oil, place the berries on the bottom.
- Pour the banana-egg mixture over the berries. You can add some cinnamon for flavor.
- Bake muffins in a preheated oven. The treat will be ready in 12 minutes!
