- 200 g strawberries
- 15 g instant gelatin
- 150 g icing sugar
- half lemon

Add gelatin to this mass and leave it for a while to swell. Then add another 120 grams of powdered sugar and lemon juice. Stir this mixture thoroughly and heat it over low heat. It is necessary to cook until the gelatin dissolves, but you cannot bring the mixture to a boil.
Remove the mixture from the heat and cool it down. Then beat with a mixer for about 6 minutes, so that the mass brightens and thickens.
- Take a convenient curing mold, put the waxed paper in it, and pour the strawberry mass on top. Smooth and place in a cool place for 5-6 hours to harden.
When Turkish delight hardens, take it out of the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into cubes.
