Ingredients:
puff yeast-free dough (purchased) - 500 gr.
pitted cherries (can be frozen) - 500 gr.
walnuts - 80 gr.
bread crumbs - 80 gr.
butter -1 tbsp
granulated sugar - 100 gr.
egg - 1 pc.
corn starch - 1 tablespoon
Preparation:
Remove the dough from the freezer and while you cook the rest of the ingredients, it will defrost at room temperature. Sprinkle the working surface with flour and roll the dough with a rolling pin into a very thin layer.

Melt the butter and grease the rolled dough with it. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and finely chopped nuts, stepping back a couple of cm from the edges of the dough.

Drain the juice from the cherries, add a spoonful of cornstarch (no top) and mix.

Place the cherries on our dough and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Roll up as tightly as possible.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Prick with a fork and grease with a beaten egg. We bake in a preheated oven up to 200 degrees for 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
