Do you like cinnamon rolls? Can't find a suitable recipe? The answer is simple! See for yourself:
Ingredients:
For the test:
- 100 gr butter
- 200 ml milk
- 1 sachet dry yeast
- 500 gr flour
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of salt
For filling:
- 150 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
For the cream:
- 200 gr cream cheese / mascarpone (can be replaced with condensed milk)
- 100 g butter
- sugar to taste
Preparation:
First, mix all the liquid dough ingredients. The most convenient way to do this, by the way, is to use a bread maker, if you have one.

Now add flour, yeast and mix everything well.

Leave the finished mass for 20 minutes at room temperature. The dough will rise.

Meanwhile, combine the cinnamon and sugar for the filling.

Now roll out the dough as thin as possible.

Spread the oil on the bed.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Now roll the layer into a roll.

Now take … dental floss (yes) and use it to cut the dough into several rolls about 4 cm wide.

Cutting with a thread is much more convenient - the dough does not lose its round shape.

Put the rolls on a baking sheet, brush them with a little butter and leave at room temperature for a few minutes. Bake in oven at 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes.

While the rolls are baking, prepare the cream. Sugar can only be added when using cream cheese. If you prefer a cream with condensed milk, you probably won't need to add sugar.

Pour cream over the cooked rolls. Voila! Delicious!
