The issue of storing shoes is always relevant: for shopaholics - "centipedes" and for ascetics who become attached to one favorite pair. Since we live in Russia, we need somewhere to keep the shoes that we wear daily, and somewhere to store “footwear” for another season, which we have to take out every six months. From proper care and careful storage, the service life of your favorite stems is curled.
The classic way is a shoe rack. The structure of such a locker is already thought out in advance so as to keep order and help the owner quickly find the necessary shoes, sandals and shoes, without rummaging in boxes. Pros: the shoes are not covered with dust, are saved from pets and are always within reach. When planning your purchase, you need to calculate how many pairs of shoes you will store in it.

Boxes. Who is not familiar with the situation when, with the arrival of winter, you need to sort a dozen boxes and find the right pair of cherished boots? To make it easier to navigate strategic stocks, designers and simply resourceful pedants offer to sign boxes (the easiest option), glue on them a photo of the shoes that lie there, or buy identical transparent cells.

Boxes with cells. If the space of the apartment is limited, then it is worth using any available space for storage. I hide my sandals in large transparent boxes under the bed. At one time they were separated by cardboard partitions so that no pair would interfere with each other, then the cardboard broke, and I was too lazy to recreate this idyll again. In search of some kind of footwear, it is very convenient to pull stocks out from under the bed, and, seeing the entire "assortment", pick up shoes to match the dress. In order to make beautiful shots, I, of course, carefully exposed them. In life, such a store-like look lasts a couple of days at best.

Women's shoe treasures can be stored by hanging them on the rail by the heel. This method significantly saves space, and one of the doors can be adapted for it.

In the conditions of a total lack of space, organizers for shoes of all shapes and colors are saved: hanging, floor, with special attachments. There is only one thing to keep in mind with such designs: you cannot put dirty shoes in them.

Cabinets built into the stairs can be carried out at the stage of planning a country house. As soon as the designers did not adapt the stairs: both for the library and for the storage, and J. K. Rowling put Harry Potter there in the first part. The idea is unusual, but if you have enough determination to implement it, then you will always have secret boxes for shoes and other household needs.

Custom wardrobes in the dressing room. Oh, what an ideal option! If space and shoe collection allow, then you can select a shelf (or several) in which your favorite sandals will stand, as in a shop window. It is better to keep the shelves closed so that dust does not accumulate there in the form of tumbleweeds. It is also worth considering that winter shoes are hardly suitable for such storage, as well as the fact that each pair must be carefully cleaned after wearing, before putting it on an honorable exhibition place.

If you don't have a dressing room, but you want to store your shoes like at an exhibition, you can install a sideboard or a rack in the bedroom (maybe even a bookcase will do), which on occasion can be covered with a curtain.

There is a funny quote: "I know how many pairs of shoes women need to be happy - one more than they have." So let you have as many shoes as you want, and there will certainly be an optimal storage method.
